Thanks to Pinterest you can find almost any idea ever imaginable to help entertain your baby. One thing I saw circulating when I had just had the twins was a scensory board. Quite literally it is a piece of foam board with some stuff stuck to it that they can look at and touch. The ones on pinterest were quite intricate and I really didn't think I could do something like that but when my friend showed me one that she had done and that everything she got was from a Dollar store I decided to give it a go!

You will Need:

1 x Black Foam Board ( I got mine frm the Happy Coins store in mosgiel)

Variety of Black and White Items

Variet of Coloured Items.

On my black and white side I used:

Fluffy Zebra Material

Silver Chain

Black & White Pipe cleaners

Fuffy Glitter Balls

Googly Eyes

Wooden Numbers Painted White

On my coloured side I used:

Large Wooden Letters painted

Pipe cleaners

Buttons

Fluffy Glitter Balls

Wooden Shapes

Plaited Cotton Strands

Number Stickers

Assorted Stickers

Plan your board and then simply gue it all on. I used a glue gun that I also picked up from the Happy Coins Shop - it was so cheap and is just a small craft one but worked perfectly!!

You can let your imagination run wild or keep it super simple - it's up to you! The black and white is great when they're babies as it helps them start to focus and is what they first recognise then as they develop more the coloured side will be so exciting!

My boys really love it now as they are in to touching EVERYTHING so the differect textures are great! It was last for ages and as things get pulled off by curious little hands, you can update it and change it up - this is what I've just done today!

Here's my board, lol excuse the rips and smears, it has been very loved over the past year!!
